This salon is an absolute gem — beautiful, clean, and so welcoming every single time. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and kindness from the entire staff. The decor is stylish and calming, and the vibe is always relaxed yet professional. I’ve been seeing Polina for eyelash extensions, eyebrow waxing, laminations, and tinting for five years, and I can confidently say she’s the best in Brooklyn. Not only is she incredibly skilled — her lash work is flawless every time — but she’s also so warm, funny, and engaging. I always leave our appointments feeling uplifted and confident. She uses silk lashes, which feel so soft and natural (as opposed to mink which I find to be stiff and uncomfortable). They last a long time, look stunning, and elevate my whole look without ever feeling heavy or overdone. I constantly get compliments and truly feel my best after seeing her. Polina also nails it every single time with brow tinting and laminations — the color is always perfect, never too harsh or dark. I haven’t worn mascara or touched my own brows in years because she gets them so even and beautiful. She’s incredibly skilled; even when I ask her to adjust my eyebrow shape to be more flattering, she always delivers exactly what I want.

Her sweet, calm presence is always so inviting and comforting. She’s extremely professional, meticulous, and takes great pride in her work. I have been coming to Polina for more than a year and her work is the absolute best! My lashes are full and last almost a month each time even while i’m on a tropical vacation. She’s super sweet, thorough, careful and makes sure you’re comfortable and warm during the service. The place is also super clean and cozy. Before coming to her I’d been searching for a lash tech for months, but she’s the absolute best and I don’t even mind the hour + commute since her work is really that good!!
