Such an amazing and welcoming space. I loved it here, Steph V did a great job with giving my hair a total makeover. I went from box dyed black damaged hair to beautiful brown highlights with no damage. I love my hair now it looks so good and looks so much healthier than before. I booked an appointment for my mother at [salon]718 Dumbo location and this review is from our visit on May 1st. The entire experience, from beginning to end, and every interaction along the way was pleasant and truly top-notch. From communicating with Abbeygayle and Natasia on the Booking Team by phone and email, to the warm welcome upon arrival from Zeus (who also did an excellent job with the wash), to the consultation and service provided by the incredibly talented stylist Annmarie, it’s clear that exceptional customer service is at the heart of this salon’s mission.
There truly aren’t enough words to praise Annmarie. She is warm, personable, and extremely knowledgeable about hair care. After we explained our concerns about the current condition of the hair (particularly the blonde being three different shades), Annmarie was able to achieve the exact color we envisioned. She explained each step of the process, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made us feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. Annmarie understood that we had traveled a long distance and went above and beyond to make sure my mother was able to have everything completed during the same visit. That level of care and dedication truly speaks volumes about her character. The respect, professionalism, and teamwork among everyone in the salon were clearly evident throughout the entire experience.
The final result was absolutely BEAUTIFUL and beyond FABULOUS! My mother’s hair looked amazing, and most importantly, it made her feel good and so very happy. We will absolutely be returning to Annmarie for future color services. A true 10+ experience for customer satisfaction!

I had such a great experience at this salon. The location I originally wanted was fully booked, and I’m honestly so glad I ended up here instead. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed, checked in promptly, and even offered something to drink.
Adrianna was so welcoming and kind, and she took the time to really understand what I was looking for. I felt heard and completely taken care of throughout the entire appointment.
I absolutely love how my hair turned out. The whole experience was seamless and exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be back.

I recently had an incredible experience with Salon 718 Dumbo for my bridal hair and makeup, and I can’t recommend them enough.
Annmarie did a phenomenal job on my half-up, half-down hairstyle. She truly listened to what I wanted and brought it to life with an on-trend twist that felt both timeless and modern. Even after an outdoor ceremony in the rain, my hair held up beautifully.
She also styled several women in my family, working seamlessly with different hair lengths and textures, and everyone loved their hairstyle.
My makeup experience with Nalani was also amazing. She created the perfect soft glam look I was looking for, paying close attention to my preferences and making sure I felt comfortable. The makeup also stayed for the entire night. It endured an outdoor ceremony of rain and a few tears.
Nalani also worked with family members who had never had professional makeup done before, and she made them feel comfortable, confident, and beautiful. Everyone loved their final look.
Beyond the services themselves, the entire salon has such a warm, welcoming place. The team was kind, supportive, and genuinely excited to be part of our day. Annmarie even followed up with me personally the day after the wedding to check in, which meant so much.
