I got a keratin treatment yesterday with Hermes, and I am beyond happy with the results!
From the moment I sat in her chair, she was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the entire process and what would work best for my hair. What I appreciated most is that she was very mindful when trimming—she didn’t cut more than necessary, which is so important to me.
She treated my hair with care, precision, and real expertise. My hair feels smoother, healthier, and looks amazing without a lot of heat .
You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I will definitely be going back to her and highly recommend Hermes to anyone considering a keratin treatment!

I went to this salon for the first time not knowing what to expect. I knew i wanted a hairdresser that was professional emotional intelligence (because bb i knew i can be a bit much when it comes to my hair)and used good products and i got just that and more. K18, designed essentials were some of the products used.🤏🏾I went in for a pixie cut but opt for a short Bob with a side part and a virgin relaxer !🤷🏾♀️. 10/10 i received so much compliments that i was even shocked. I highly recommend. I booked my appointment online as well.
