Nina was fabulous! She really worked out my kinks. The place was very cute and warm! The hot oil and hot rocks were perfect for my back pains. I will definitely be back!

Flow wellness spa was a great experience. I made a last min appt and was able to be seen at the time and day of my choice. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I received a 60min foot work massage and I felt like I was in heaven . The masseuse was great, she took her time and was able to hit my main spots where I had pain and asked questions while providing the service to ensure I was ok and not in pain. I will be returning and next time I return I will have my mom join for a full body massage. I had a great experience and will recommend this spa to others

This was the most amazing massage I’ve ever gotten in NY, period. I took a chance on their M-Th special for 2 hour Full body and it exceeded all of my expectations. Julie worked every knot out of my body and I left feeling like a new person. Full body means full body here, head to toe, front and back. I found my new spot. Ask for Julie.
