Pure Qi Spa is excellent. I was always seen on time and offered water, and every service was exactly as described on their website. I’ve had facials, lymphatic massage, deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, and several other treatments, and each one was consistently great quality. I especially love their foot rubs.
The spa is very clean and always smells pleasant, and the staff are professional and polite. I’ve brought my sister, niece, and several friends here, and everyone enjoyed their experience.
Some rooms are on the smaller side, but that’s expected in New York City, and the space is well organized overall. I highly recommend Pure Qi Spa.

Beautiful deep tissue massage and lymphatic drainage. I am a photographer and carry equipment regularly, plus go regularly to the gym. I have terrible knots in my back and my arms and legs always feel super sore and stiff. Helen was perfect, the staff in the front super polite. I don’t understand why people would trash the interior in their reviews. This is a neighborhood spa, it is perfectly clean and acceptable for the asking price and the massage and service is absolutely fantastic. You want an interior designer ambiance, go somewhere where you will pay $400 not $80!

My favorite spot to unwind and get a lymphatic massage when feeling tense and stressed. The service is great and the environment is clean. The therapists are attentive with my mom each time i go with her and they ensure she is well taken care of during her massage. I highly recommend paying cash because they can add hot rocks or oils to your service, which cant be beat. Strongly recommend this spa!
