Press Massage in Williamsburg is truly something special. From the moment you walk in, there is a sense of calm that feels intentional and deeply considered. The space is beautiful (awesome job Rachel!) without being pretentious, warm, grounding, and effortlessly inviting.
The therapists are exceptional. You can immediately feel that they are not just going through the motions, but really listening, both to you and to your body. The treatment felt intuitive, thoughtful, and incredibly effective. It struck that rare balance of being deeply relaxing while also addressing the areas that genuinely needed attention.
What stands out most is honestly the care. Literally every detail, from the atmosphere to the experience itself, feels curated to help you slow down and reconnect. It is the kind of place you leave feeling not just physically better, but genuinely reset.
If you are in Williamsburg and looking for a massage that goes beyond the surface, Press is an absolute must.

When I finally decided to commit to massage therapy, I was overwhelmed with all the studios and providers available in NYC. I took a chance with Press and with Krystina as my provider and I've never looked back!
Super easy to book and modify an appointment, check in and check out process is smooth every time, and all the staff I've interacted with are friendly.
Krystina is such a calming presence and she truly listens to what you need that day. I always walk out of there feeling like I napped for 30 hours! It's worth the time and money - I highly recommend checking out the studio and booking with Krystina.

I have been going to Press Williamsburg for over 10 years, dating back to their previous location on Wythe Ave. Generally speaking, I've always had a great experience here, but especially over the past 9 months of being pregnant they have been incredibly helpful. Sharise is an incredible prenatal therapist - I saw her monthly at the beginning of my pregnancy, then bi-weekly, and eventually weekly at the end. I also plan to go back to her post-natal and for regular deep tissue massages moving forward. Grace is also terrific at prenatal. Ellen is another favorite of mine for deep tissue and she is also the head of prenatal massage therapy training there. The facility is beautiful, clean and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Been to PRESS a couple times when in town for work and have never had a bad massage but I want to give a special shout out to one of their new therapists, Paula. She gave me one of the best massages of my life. Sheβs been massaging for over 30 years so she knows how to listen to you AND your body, no one size fits all full body massage routine. Canβt wait to come back and see her! PRESS is one of the higher prices in the city but itβs often well worth it and MUCH better than Bathhouse next door.

Anthony at Press is a magician. Iβve heard great things about other therapists as well but I went to Anthony for my first visit and have never wavered except for when I went for prenatal massages (also excellent but I canβt recall her name). I literally couldnβt turn my head the night before and in an hour he released whatever was going on and I felt so restored. He is amazing but this is not a relaxing massage! He really works through tight spots and you will absolutely feel better soon after/the following day.
