What an AMAZING place! My mother came in with no appointment and invited me. The receptionist Joey is very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. I just got an excellent full body massage with LULU. Will absolutely be back. Service and massage were 10/10! Thank you ladies!

Flow wellness spa was a great experience. I made a last min appt and was able to be seen at the time and day of my choice. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I received a 60min foot work massage and I felt like I was in heaven . The masseuse was great, she took her time and was able to hit my main spots where I had pain and asked questions while providing the service to ensure I was ok and not in pain. I will be returning and next time I return I will have my mom join for a full body massage. I had a great experience and will recommend this spa to others

They have a good weekday special which is 2 hours and it's a 90-minute classic massage with a 30-minute foot massage. $99 cash special. I'm only docking one star because it didn't seem like Linda really knew the anatomy of the body. She was very professional and very kind but there were certain Kinks that she didn't really work out and even when I told her specific areas to work on she didn't quite get in the muscle group in the most comfortable way. But for the price point it is a very clean location well air-conditioned and automated text reminders. Very convenient near the train station.

This was the most amazing massage I’ve ever gotten in NY, period. I took a chance on their M-Th special for 2 hour Full body and it exceeded all of my expectations. Julie worked every knot out of my body and I left feeling like a new person. Full body means full body here, head to toe, front and back. I found my new spot. Ask for Julie.
